I guess this Freshmen 15 ordeal is true. I come back home and my parents think that my shoulders/chest have expanded..and I only workout 2-3x a week. To lose weight in college is a hard thing to do, since youapos;re just so involved with everything else that sometimes you neglect to exercise consistently. What to do? Either I can not give a shit about my broadening shoulders/chest or start running like a madman..hm. Or maybe its all psychological and my parents expect me to gain weight from college. Hm.
