I have guests in as of tomorrow, staying until Sunday. Saturday I have a buffet to cater, its for a MEP (member of the European Parliment).

Sunday, Ian is coming up to visit I am making Ribs, Boiled Potato with Sour Cream, Salad, and some sort of dessert YUM

It will be a busy weekend but I am looking forward to it however I think im coming down with the flu. I hope it can stay away for another week or so
